Ophamin is released under the Apache License 2.0.

The framework is fully open-source. The name "Ophamin" is reserved as a project identifier per the project NOTICE — use of the name to describe forks, redistributions, or derivative works requires explicit permission from the original author, but the code itself remains under Apache 2.0 with no additional restrictions on use, modification, or redistribution.
